Sufferings of Muslims in Utter pardesh India . 40 children die in Muslim refuge camps

December 27, 2013: At least 40 Muslim children below the age of 12 years have perished in the relief camps for people displaced during the anti-Muslim riots in Muzaffarnagar and Shamli districts of Indian state Utter Pardesh.

 سرینگر، 23 دسمبر: لاپتہ افرادکے لواحقین کی تنظیم اے پی ڈی پی نے 53 بے نام قبروں سے49عام شہریوں کی نعشیں برآمد‘ ہونے کادعویٰ کرتے انکشاف کیاہے کہ ’شمالی کشمیر کے پولیس تھانوں میںبے نام قبروں کی موجودگی سے متعلق 2683ایف آئی آردرج‘کئے گئے لیکن پولیس نے مدفون نعشوں کی شاخت کے حوالے سے کبھی کوئی تحقیقات عمل میں نہیں لائی

Restrictions imposed in Palhalan after people stages protests against atrocities

 
Srinagar, December 22, 2013: The authorities have imposed restrictions at Palhalan in Pattan area of Baramulla district. The restrictions were imposed after residents mostly youths and women staged protests and clashed with the Indian policemen over the ransacking of a passenger vehicle and arresting of  a local youth.

 سرےنگر، 20دسمبر : چار سالوں کے دوران پیلٹ بندوق کی وجہ سے زخمی ہوئے165افراد کو جے وی سی اور صدر اسپتال سرینگر میں داخل کرنے کا انکشاف ہوا ہے جن میں سے ایک درجن زخمی اپنی آنکھوں کی بینائی سے محروم ہوئے ہیں۔ادھر اسی مدت میں صورہ میڈیکل کالج سرےنگر میں ایسے53افراد کو بھی داخل کیا گیا جو مختلف وارداتوں کے دوران گولیاں لگنے سے زخمی ہوئے جبکہ دھماکوں میں زخمی ہونے والے7اشخاص بھی اس فہرست میں شامل ہےں۔اس دوران حق اطلاع قانون کے تحت جانکاری طلب کرنے والے حریت کارکن نے تفصیلات کو نامکمل قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ کئی ایسے افراد سے متعلق انفارمیشن چھپائی گئی ہے جو پیلٹ لگنے سے زخمی ہوئے۔
 

Indian NHRC received 1302 cases of human rights abuses from Kashmir in 4 years

Srinagar, December 15, 2013 : The Indian National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) received 1,302 cases of human rights violations from d Kashmir during last four years.
A report published in a daily news paper in Srinagar said that out of total 1,302 cases registered since 2010, 1077 cases had been disposed off and 225 were still pending with the Commission.

High Court in Srinagar orders probe into Kashmiri youth’s disappearance by Police officer

Srinagar, November 05, 2013 :The High Court has directed police to constitute a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to be headed by a Deputy Inspector General (DIG) to investigate the disappearance of a youth, Showkat Ahmad Paul, in Indian army custody from Lawaypora in Srinagar in 2003.
The youth’s family insists that Showkat Ahmad Paul disappeared in army custody.
