Jailed Kashmiri leader, Shabir Ahmad Shah conveyed a message to the people from Tihar Jail


Srinagar, March 5" The Jailed senior All Parties Hurriyat Conference leader and Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, has praised the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir for displaying unwavering commitment to the UN-pledged right to self-determination.

According to Kashmir Media Service, in a message in connection with the holy month of Ramadan from New Delhi’s Tihar Jail, Shabbir Ahmad Shah lauded the strong display of bravery, moral integrity, unity and brotherhood by the Kashmiris, emphasizing that hardships and challenges are an integral part of the journey toward freedom from Indian slavery. He expressed confidence that despite all odds, the Kashmiri people will continue to safeguard their collective interests in their pursuit of freedom. 
 
The APHC leader  called upon the global Muslim community, particularly the OIC member countries to play a proactive role in addressing the plight of Kashmiris. At the end of his message, Shabbir Ahmad Shah reaffirmed his commitment to the Kashmir’s freedom cause and advised the people to remain united in their struggle for the right to self-determination.

Rajouri varsity teachers start hunger strike against professor’s suspension

Jammu, March 04 (KMS): Teaching faculty members of the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) in Rajouri district of occupied Jammu and Kashmir have started an indefinite hunger strike, declaring it as ‘fast unto death’, in protest against ‘arbitrary and unjust’ suspension of an Assistant Professor of the varsity.

Indian forces of Special Operation Group arrested a 25-year-old Makhan Din in Perody, area of Kathua district and after inhumanly tortured in police custody he forcibly commits suicide on 6 Feb 2025.
