JAMMU, Aug 3, 2020: An Indian Army man committed suicide in Nagrota area of Jammu city outskirts of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir.“The deceased was identified as Prijesh M (33) son of Babu Kumar, resident of Kerala in Inida,” a police official said. He said the Army man was found hanging yesterday in day time in his residential quarter inside Indian 16 Core Nagrota Battalion.
According to the official, the wife of the Prijesh with the help of her neighbours immediately rushed him to Military Hospital, Satwari, where he succumbed today. “The body of the deceased was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu for postmortem while Nagrota police had initiated inquest proceeding under 174 CrPC in this connection,” he added.
